Georgia Home Hub respects the importance of personal information. This notice explains the information this website may collect, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Georgia Home Hub is part of Swanson & Associates Realty, LLC.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit a form, call, email, request a resource, or ask about a property, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, broad timing, property or area of interest, and the content of your message. Do not submit passwords, wire instructions, banking information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive records through a general website form.
Website and device information
The website and approved service providers may collect limited technical information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser type, referring page, form interaction, and cookie or similar identifiers. This information helps operate the site, understand useful content, protect the service, and measure marketing.
How information is used
- Respond to a request and provide the resource or conversation you requested.
- Create or update the corresponding HubSpot CRM record and assign a responsible owner and next action.
- Communicate about a potential or active real estate service relationship.
- Operate, secure, test, measure, and improve the website and service process.
- Meet brokerage, legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, or safety obligations.
- Send marketing only when there is an appropriate permission or other lawful basis, while honoring unsubscribe and suppression choices.
Service providers and necessary disclosure
Information may be processed by approved providers that support website hosting, HubSpot forms and CRM, analytics, email, scheduling, file storage, transaction work, and security. Information may also be shared with Swanson & Associates Realty, LLC, the managing broker, transaction professionals, or government and legal authorities when authorized, required, or reasonably necessary to provide service, protect rights, investigate misuse, or comply with law. Personal information is not sold as a stand-alone product.
Service requests and marketing permission
Asking a question or requesting a guide does not automatically authorize unrelated ongoing marketing. Where a form offers a marketing choice, that choice should be separate and not preselected. You may unsubscribe from marketing using the link provided in an email or by contacting Georgia Home Hub. Transactional or service communication may continue when necessary for a request or active relationship.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legitimate business records, brokerage requirements, dispute resolution, suppression evidence, and legal obligations. Georgia Home Hub uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
